Session 1

The Spirit Mate Workshop

AUGUST 7-8

The phenomenon of the spirit mate is present in myths, stories and shamanic experience the world over.  The term spirit mate describes the intimate relationship a human has with a spirit.  The Greeks spoke of various unions of humans with gods, so this is not a concept foreign to Westerners.  Mircea Eliade, in his classic work Shamanism, makes numerous references to spirit mates (including spirit wives and husbands) in cultures as diverse as those of the Teleut of Siberia and the Savara of India; these references invariably allude to the significant changes which transpire in the wake of the intimate connection between a mortal and a spirit.  The purpose of this workshop is to help people better understand love and relationship and to discover the implications of having spiritual support at the most intimate level,  ultimately, to help participants open their hearts to the boundless love of the Universe.

Cost for Session 1  Workshop, Lodging and Food

Inside lodging $325.00    Camping or Tipi’s $275.00

Session 2

Soul Retrival Workshop

AUGUST 9-10

Dana Robinson, Faculty Member of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies for 17 years, will be leading a non-Foundation Soul Retrieval Training Workshop .  Dana was first exposed to this ancient technique in 1982 in a unique training session taught by Michael Harner in a cave in Grottoes, VA, and has participated in hundreds of soul retrievals since then. Popularized by Sandra Ingerman in her book Soul Retrieval, soul retrieval remains a fundamental and essential shamanic stratagem. In this 2-day training, participants will explore the issue of partial soul loss resulting from personal trauma and illness and how to find a patient’s lost/fragmented soul parts.  Many people who have experienced soul retrieval report profound, positive changes. It is a technique which offers the possibility of wholeness to a society of fragmented individuals. This is a training designed for people who wish to learn the technique in order to help others, not for people seeking personal healing themselves in the context of the workshop.

Cost for Session 2  Workshop, Lodging and Food

Inside lodging $325.00    Camping or Tipi’s $275.00

Cost for entire Four Day Shamanic Retreat including Workshop, Lodging and Meals

Inside Lodging $550.00   Camping or Tipi’s $500.00

RAINBOW EAGLE AND MARY RAINBOW SNAKE WOMAN …MOTHER EARTH SPEAKS

AUGUST 22-24

Rainbow Eagle has been given a Personal Vision to be a Teacher of Ancient Spirituality.  Rainbow Eagle is an Okla-Choctaw who has been with many tribal elders of USA, Canada and South America (Maya-Inca). As a Seventh Fire Peace Shield Teacher, he brings into his teachings an ancient (Anishinabe/Ojibwa) Peace Shield drawing. His passion is to recover the "rest of the story"--the most accurate and authentic spiritual teachings that can be found. “I want to teach the journey to recover the 'original teachings' of the Creator that is reflected in the natural classroom of Mother Earth."

The teachings will be A Serious Look at Natural Spirituality compared to Native American spirituality

Rainbow Eagle is offering his teachings on a love offering basis.

This is a community weekend. You may attend without staying the night. Donations for inside lodging and camping spaces would be greatly appreciated. You will be responsible for your own food for this weekend.

Shamanism and the Spirits of Nature with dana robinson

SEPTEMBER 5-7

From ancient times, shamans have worked with the spirits of nature for healing, survival, and knowledge. By learning from the plants and animals, from the rocks and mountains, from the winds and waters, and from the sun, moon, and stars, shamans helped their peoples live in harmony with the universe. In a world now out of balance, the way of the shaman can teach how again to respect nature, our Planet, and its inhabitants at a deep spiritual level. As our ancestors everywhere once knew, our survival depends on the survival of the other species. By working together intensively through shamanic journeys and other spiritual experiences, we will dedicate ourselves to working in both non-ordinary and ordinary reality to restore and maintain a living Planet. This is a Foundation for Shamanic Studies Advanced Workshop and will be facilitated by Dana and Shana Robinson.

Cost includes Workshop, Lodging and Meals.

Inside Lodging $350.00……Camping or Tipi’s $300.00
